By the end of this year in Limassol there can be a first mooring on Cyprus of a world class for the yachts, on one thousand of places. It will happen after 12 years when the government of the country has accepted the decision regarding development of navigating tourism. Yachts on Cyprus every year - more and more, though it seems to me, they stay more time at a mooring, pleasing their owners which lays in warm bed on their villa, than they spend their time in the sea. It certainly the private affair of everyone, but I do not understand, how it is possible to have a yacht and almost on it to not to go in the sea! So as I do not understand, how it is possible to have a smart villa on Cyprus and the most part of the year to rent it. Probably those who build here Cyprus villas, in advance think of extraction of some profit, who knows?
